OBJECTIVE
Participants to strengthen their independence, enhancing & exploring their life skills, and building self-confidence, through Hair & Beauty. They will learn from an industry professional
OUTCOME
Participants will learn the importance of self-care and wellness, participate in both social and practical activities (Hair & Beauty related). They will learn how to blow-dry and style their own hair, apply and remove make up. They will also experiment in fashion styles that expresses their personalities. This program is to encourage the exploration in self-awareness through their creativity in hair and beauty.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
• WEEK 1 – EXPLORING SELF CARE AND WELLNESS
• WEEK 2 – SHAMPOO & BLOWDRY
• WEEK3 – CREATIVE HAIR STYLING
• WEEK4 – CREATIVE MAKE-UP - TIPS & TRICKS
• WEEK 5 – EXPLORING FASION STYLES
• WEEK6 – GRAND FINALE - FASHION SHOW
COST
Activity Cost $10/ week over a 6 weeks. Includes morning tea.

By booking into the Connecting Back to Nature Program, I agree You Connect will charge the NDIS 9 - 12pm at your agreed ratio.
I acknowledge that the cost of activities is not covered by the NDIS and I will pre pay now.
I acknowledge that the cost of transport is charged on top of supports.
As per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, You-Connect will charge 100% of the agreed fee associated with the activity from your plan where you have provided a short notice cancellation (or a no show).
A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant:
· Does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or
· Has given less than seven (7) clear days’ notice for a support
Where a participant will not be available to receive support for a period of more than 5 days (e.g supported holiday, family holiday) You-Connect requests that a minimum of 4 week's notification is provided. Failure to notify You-Connect of an extended absence will result in You-Connect making claims for payment of schedule of scheduled supports to meet industrial relations obligations to staff.
