When is it?
The program runs for 3 months
Wednesdays from 9am - 3pm
Program Outline
Once every 2 weeks there will be a dedicated gym session and you will be following a workout routine with the help of our staff
On the alternate week you will participate
in some form of exercise as chosen collectively by the group, ranging from walks to ball sportsYou will learn about healthy eating and how to improve your diet
The afternoon is dedicated to discussing your well-being, managing your stress and how to seek help
