Program of Support

What is it?

Explore how to improve your health and wellbeing through fitness, food and mental health.

    • The experience to self-manage a gym routine

    • Prepare budget-friendly and healthy meals

    • Ability to seek pathways to mental health support

When is it?

The program runs for 3 months

Wednesdays from 9am - 3pm

Program Outline

  • Once every 2 weeks there will be a dedicated gym session and you will be following a workout routine with the help of our staff

  • On the alternate week you will participate
    in some form of exercise as chosen collectively by the group, ranging from walks to ball sports

  • You will learn about healthy eating and how to improve your diet

  • The afternoon is dedicated to discussing your well-being, managing your stress and how to seek help
