Program of Support

What is it?

Hands on learning opportunities in general maintenance under the guidance of a certified carpenter. We offer a supportive and group based learning environment while also supporting the unique goals, interests and support needs of our participants.

- Knowledge and experience with various aspects of Maintenance
- Practical maintenance skills that can also be used for everyday life
- Develop a sense of belonging, purpose and responsibility
- Additional skills to add to your resume

When is it?

The program runs for 3 months

Mondays from 9am - 3pm

General maintenance and upkeep of the Equine Centre, Pioneer Dairy Swamp & Mollies Farm.
Maintenance of seating and play equipment
Exposure to installation of decks, benches, planter boxes and irrigation systems
Odd jobs and tasks
